In the 90’s I worked for this sweet little store called Sweet Potato Pie in Eugene. We made and sold clothing, glass and other fun stuff. I worked in Elizabeth’s sew shop for four years making the best hippie patchwork, cotton, corduroy and hemp clothes anywhere ever!!! I wish at times I could just go back in time to those years. I have so many good memories. This morning I came across the little hoodie we made for Rainey when he was like 2 or 3 years old. Oak also wore it. My boys are adults now. It feels so good to hold this little hoodie and to feel the fabric and pet the grain. This little hoodie carries so many memories.
